Creative Pioneers Challenge is an award winning nationwide campaign to find the next generation of advertising, creative and digital media talent. It is the brainchild of Janet Hull OBE at trade association and professional institute, the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA), and is run in marketing partnership with national urban newspaper Metro.
Creative Pioneers is enabling hundreds of school leavers across England to get their foot in the door of advertising, broadcast, design, marketing and PR agencies as apprentices. Apprentices are then going on to launch their careers as designers, developers, account executives and digital marketers. This initiative is there to grow talent within the creative sector.
