If you plan to drive, we recommend that you pre-book your parking space. Olympia, London, falls within London’s Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ). Subsidised transport:

Groups with a minimum of 40 visitors travelling to Olympia, London, from a region outside Zone 6 on the Transport for London zonal fare system, are eligible (subject to availability) to receive £200 towards travel costs.

There are only a limited number of bursaries for each event which are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

To be eligible you must adhere to the following conditions:

Groups attending the London event must be travelling from a region outside Zone 6 on the Transport for London zonal fare system.

A group of 40 or more needs to be registered and attend What University? & What Career? Live on either 13 or 14 November 2026 at Olympia, London. This can include students, advisors (teachers, lecturers or other) and accompanying adults. The transport subsidy will be paid based on the number that attend (i.e if 40 people are registered for the event and 33 attend; no subsidy will be paid).

Subsidies are only available for groups of students from Year 11 and above.
