Hear what Sara has to say:
"I've been at Telford Homes for 9 years this coming August, I was looking for a new 'home' as I called it during my interview and that's exactly what it has turned out to be. Telford Homes has always had a family feel about it and although the numbers have grown over the years I believe this still exists today. Staff are valued and appreciated, benefits have been added to and improved as time has gone on and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Telford Homes to any friends or family and I think that says a lot."
Telford Homes has also been voted one of the top 50 employers for both 2014 and 2015 by Building Magazine's "The Building Good Employer Guide" - the list of players within the construction industry setting the bar as good employers.
