GROUP BOOKINGS

You will need to select a two-hour time slot to attend. Once a timeslot reaches the allocated number of visitors, it will no longer be available. Early booking is advised in order to secure the slot you want. On the day, if you are running late or early, we will do our best to accommodate.
Badges
All members of your group will need their own badge to enter the event which they will be required to wear throughout the duration of their visit. If you are the group leader, you will be sent your groups badges via email at a time nearer to the event.
The badge will grant each visitor access in and out of the hall. When a member of your group finds an opportunity they are interested in, an exhibitor can scan their badge in order to obtain their contact information. They will then follow up with more information to the email address provided. This helps to maximise the time visitors have on the day.
