The London College of Beauty Therapy (LCBT) is London’s No.1 beauty college, founded in 1995 to provide specialist education in beauty, hair and makeup.
We offer a route into the industry for hundreds of aspiring beauty professionals every year, and have trained thousands of graduates now working across the sector in spas, salons, hotels, cruise ships, TV and film, beauty retail and running their own businesses.

We are proud that over 80% of our students’ progress onto higher education or into employment such as TV/Film, Salons/Spas, Cruise Ships, Gyms and Retail through the close links that LCBT’s in-house Job Shop has established with key employers and top brands in the industry. We also have a dedicated team to help students with CV writing and interview techniques to kick start their career.
We are looking for students that have passion in their chosen industry. We can teach the technical skills needed, develop your confidence and support you all the way. We welcome students from a variety of backgrounds and have a dedicated team to support any additional learning or welfare needs.
Work experience is invaluable to give you the skills and experience you need to secure your dream job. As part of our extensive enrichment programme you will be involved in external events, masterclasses, exhibitions, careers fairs and inspirational talks from experts in the industry.
LOCATION
Located in London’s Soho, the heart of central London is where the beauty, hair and make-up courses are trained using state of the art equipment. You will find us in between Carnaby Street and Oxford Circus. Fitness courses are offsite at our partner gym.
